Application

The line is used to produce all kinds of pipe of the PE, PVC and PP and so on. And the pipe is widely used in the municipal construction, water-supply and drainage system in the buildings, telecom communication, gas transportation, petroleum and chemical industry, agriculture irrigation. It is made up of the extruder, die head, cooling system, tractor unit, cutting unit, discharge pipe unit etc.

 

Characteristics of the machine

1/The extruder is controlled by invertor and it has the characteristics of easy adjustment, stable operation and low energy consumption.The whole production line adopts integrative electrical cabinet,so it is convenient for centralized control and operation;

2/The screw bolt and barre are made from nitriding steel.The design is reasonable.The raw material can be plasticated well and it features stable operation;

3/The shaping machine adopts centre-feeding mould and vacuun sizing.The cooling parts adopt the combination of immersion and spraying.So the precision of the pipe specification is high and the surface of the pipe is smooth;

4/It adopts roller-type tractor in order that the pipe is not easy to destort;

5/The winder is controlled by torque motor which can overcome the tension disadvantage effectively.It adopts independent electric cabinet,so it is convenient to control and operate the wind in the production
