Introduction
It is the new line that we have designed and developed. We have built up over ten lines at the YUMEN petroleum Bureau, ZHUNGONG oil field KELAMAYI oil field, DAQING oil field and DONGYING oil field since 1992. The product has been widely used in petroleum and natural gas transportation pipeline, district heat supply for cities, drainage system in construction, and central air conditioning insulation in hotel. Because of its excellent thermal insulation, as well as other excellent properties such as relatively low density, low water absorption water resistance, chemical resistance, cold resistance and flame resistivity. It is made up of Extruder, Die Heads, Cooling System, Localizer, Leaning Correction Unit, Thruster, Steel Pipe Carrier, Pipe Rack, Foaming Machine, Automatic Constant Temperature Controller. It adopts product-polyurethane foaming insulating pipe.
Features
Most of work is controlled automatically by electric apparatuses in whole production process, so it largely shortens manpower and reduces the labor intensity.
Multi-channel procedures such as extruding pipe, steel pipe feeding, cooling pipe and fixing shape, foaming and shaping, are finished synchronously, which raises the working efficiency.
Integrated type tact system decreases the energy consumption, saves the area covering, simplifies the equipment configuration, saves the expenses on the equipment acquisition; and it also reduces the labors, electricity, and raw-materials consumption.
